SPECTRAMED’s response to recent court ruling
Two weeks ago, Acting Judge Piet Ebersohn ruled in favour of a collection of healthcare providers against the Department of Health (‘DOH’), which matter was brought before him on the basis that such providers believed health practitioners - in general - to not : 1. be adequately remunerated for their professional services*; or 2. receive a reasonable return on investment*.
